What can you do with 2,500 hours and more than 380,000 LEGO bricks? Build a life-sized Ford Explorer. Recently unveiled in Chicago, the replica was built by LEGOLAND Florida and weighs 2,654 pounds (1,204 kg) including a 768 pound (348 kg) aluminum support structure. The model will eventually return to the Sunshine state where it will be on display at the Ford Driving School. The kid-friendly place allows children as young as six to drive electric vehicles at speeds up to 3 mph (5 km/h).
