RENAULT CELEBRATES ITS F1 TITLES AT THE 2006 « RACE OF CHAMPIONS
On December 16th, Renault will celebrate its 2006 FIA F1 World Champions titles at the Stade de France, in Paris, during the "Race Of Champions After winning this race in 2004 with Heikki Kovalainen, then a driver of the Renault Driver Development and now a Renault F1 Team race driver, and after running Formula 1 car for the first time in the Stade de France in 2005, Renault will this year be again a major actor of this event.
Renault Mégane Trophy cars will run in the final races of the Nations’ Cup and the Race Of Champions. And as the high point of the event, Heikki Kovalainen, contender for another victory, and Jonathan Cochet, Renault F1 Team driver on the World Series
by Renault, will warm up the public with demonstrations at the wheel of the World-Championship-winning F1 car.
Renault will meet you Saturday 16 of December at the Stade de France to conclude a year full of successes and emotions in the best way possible.
